How can I change a product on my order?

     Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.

Can I modify the address once my order has been validated?

    Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone.


Do you charge tax?

    Yes. We operate out of Louisiana and sales tax is 9%.

How do I track My Order?


        Once you have placed an order, all shipping information will be provided by Neglijae. We do need you to allow 24 hours for tracking information to be available so that it is sent to you directly. If you have questions about getting shipping earlier than that time it is suggested that you email us prior to placing your order at  All tracking information will be sent to you via email, should your order be processed faster than your selected shipping option we will email you or call you directly to provide you with that updated information.


What are my delivery options?


       We offer shipping to the address you specify straight from our vendor! Our goal at Neglijae is to provide your item(s) to you within 3 business days or less. Our consistent shipping rate is $7.00 for orders placed within the US & $15.00 for orders placed outside of the US no matter how many items you purchase. We want you to PLACE your order for the items you desire without debating on whether or not you should close the deal when you see your final total. Shipping charges should never hold you back from having Neglijae in your possession.  If we ever have the item you ordered available for delivery in Baton Rouge, La we will contact you to see if you would like to arrange a pick up of your package. How do I return my items?


      Due to Neglijae working to provide the most satisfying experience for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges  on ANY items. All of our items are pre-checked prior to shipment, we will not resale or ship to you ANYTHING that has been worn by a previous customer.
